Nutrition and wellness business owner, an avid home cook and founder of Not A Diet.
I'm a trained Nutritional Consultant certified by the Association for Nutrition and for the past few years, I have been helping busy professionals transform and take back control of their health.
To date, those who have worked with me have rediscovered what it means to live with energy, and to ditch old-fashioned, restrictive diets that don't work.
But at one point I was just like you - tired, busy, and desperate to feel better.
Back then, I didn't know anything about nutrition - I rarely gave any thought to what I was eating, as long as it was tasty. I began my nutrition journey when my corporate career was just starting, so when I decided to dive into the world of health and nutrition, it was confusing, sometimes shocking, and often overwhelming.
Now I'm in the best health of my life, and the programmes I've developed are helping other busy professionals achieve the same. Instead of spending time looking for the next diet that promises results, or agonising over what not to eat, we're able to be present for the people in our lives, and enjoy every aspect of our lives filled with energy.
