10 week group coaching that meets once a week for 1 hour via video.
Groups are held on a secure video platform Zoom. You need a computer or your smart phone to meet.
You will gain access to private FB group for ongoing support & community between sessions and after group has concluded at the end of the 10 weeks.

Can I join alone?
Absolutely! Once you complete the booking form, we will contact you with payment instructions and next steps. These programmes will start once a minimum of 3 other individual participants are ready. What if I want a private group with friends/family?
We offer that too! Just select the option to have a private group in the booking form and we will contact you with payment instructions and next steps. Only one of you will have to complete the online booking form. You will be asked to provide the contact details of the other participants so we can get them set up.
What if we have holidays / other engagements? What if I had to skip a call?
This programme has been designed to last 10 weeks as it covers a very comprehensive range of topics around nutrition and lifestyle. If you have to skip a week due to scheduling conflicts, a recording of the Zoom session and any handouts will be made available afterwards. However, this does not replicate the benefits of live discussions during the coaching calls, so we strongly advise you to pencil in the weekly calls to avoid missing out.
When does the programme start?
If you have chosen to join a group, the programme will start on an agreed date provided there are at least 4 participants ready to start. If you are booking a private group, the programme will start on the date agreed with the group.
Can sessions be rescheduled or cancelled?
Short answer is, it depends! Detailed information on this is outlined in the Starter Handbook for both individual participants and private group bookings
Does this programme include physical exercise?
While we may discuss and explore the role of physical exercise in your overall health and nutrition, this programme does not include prescriptions and/or advice on physical exercise.
Can I do this with food intolerances /allergies?
This programme is not solely focused on meal planning and food preparation, and we do not prescribe any specific foods. Rather, the programme will provide education and information around mindset, behavioural and lifestyle changes, so food intolerances / allergies can be catered for. However, you are advised to seek advice from your GP or medical practitioner and get their sign-off before joining, as you will be held solely responsible for your health.
Am I expected to do anything in-between our weekly calls?
An important element of this programme is the sense of accountability and community spirit in a group setting. Between our weekly calls, participants are encouraged to send daily food diary photos within the group’s private WhatsApp group. Depending on your individual health and nutrition goals, we may also discuss other habit building or mindset exercises. The level of participation is always up to you, you won’t be penalised for not taking part, but remember the effectiveness of the programme may be impacted.
What if I want to quit before the programme ends? Will I get a refund?
We really hope you won’t quit before the 10 weeks are over! But if you do, you will only get a partial refund of 50% of the programme fee, provided you are cancelling your participation within the first 2 weeks of programme commencement, and if there are at least 3 remaining participants in the group. This is because the programme is set up to run as a group, and your departure will affect the rest of the participants.
Will I get meal plans and other resources?
Depending on your individual health and nutrition goals, you will be provided useful resources as part of the programme to help you succeed and reach your goals.
Is it difficult to shop for ingredients in this programme?
Any ingredients mentioned and discussed in the programme will be catered to whatever’s most accessible and available to the participants.
